ICED MATCHA LATTE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

1 cup of your favorite vanilla unsweetened plant milk

1–2 teaspoons honey, date syrup or agave (adjust to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

In a jar, mix the matcha powder with a small amount of water – just enough to form a paste.

Add the milk and sweetener. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously until incorporated. Or, you may blend until smooth. Pour into a glass with ice and enjoy!
