Everyone has unique needs and goals. We keep those in mind as we formulate custom plans for each client. We are committed to help you realize your goals and make lifestyle changes that will move you closer to optimal health. Whether you’re trying to give up junk food or run a 10K, we will provide you with important concepts about fitness, nutrition, and preventative medicine. Our program will allow you to make informed decisions about your health and become a healthier, happier you. You can create the change you want to see in your body, mind, and spirit.

Synthesis Health is an integrative medicine practice founded by Dr. Hazel Cebrun. As a practicing physician, it became increasingly clear that there was a disconnect between the great strides being made in this field of medicine and the application of these principles in the lives of everyday people. Synthesis Health was created to help close that gap and make an integrative approach to wellness as practical and accessible to as many people as possible.

From the very beginning, the goal was to make a difference in people’s lives by making wellness accessible to all. I don't want wellness to be a mystery. I don't want to be a guru or have people dependent on me. I am here to empower people to start taking control over their own health by knowing and understanding how to use the appropriate wellness resources when needed.

I’m Dr. Hazel Cebrun-Archie! Welcome to Synthesis Health.

I’m so glad you’ve taken the first step to living a healthy life. I believe that good health depends on balance. Integrative medicine provides a complementary combination of conventional, alternative, and nutritional medicine that is designed to treat the whole person. Health promotion and disease prevention are accomplished through a partnership between the patient and physician. Synthesis Health is committed to helping clients realize the personal responsibility we all have in our own health and to providing support on the journey towards optimal wellness.
